Validity Period: Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Refund Policy: Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for any vouchers.
Rescheduling and cancelling: If you wish to cancel your booking you must do so no less than 7 days in advance of the date you planned to attend. Cancellations with less than 7 days notice may result in voiding of voucher. You can only reschedule your voucher booking twice, after this we will not be able to make another booking using your voucher code. Please give us a ring if you have any issues we may be able to make an exception.
