"Combining peach puree, lime and cranberry with a splash of lemonade or soda, this champagne-style mocktail mirrors the classic Bellini in look and taste.."

How to make ...

Bambini Bellini

This is a great Bellini-Style Mocktail that combines peach puree with a squeeze of fresh lime, shaken with cranberry juice, served in a high-ball glass and topped with a splash of lemonade.

Method

Take your Boston glass or small tin and, using your jigger to measure, add the cranberry juice and peach puree to the shaker.

Using your Mexican elbow and your jigger to measure, squeeze 25ml of lime juice and add it to the shaker.

Fill your shaker with cubed ice and seal with your Boston tin or lid, before shaking vigorously for 10-15 seconds or until your tin is very cold.

Using your Hawthorne strainer, strain your cocktail into your highball glass. Fill the glass with cubed ice and top with a generous splash of lemonade.

Garnish with a lime wedge.

Serve and enjoy!

History

A non-alcoholic twist on the classic bellieni, peach, lime juice and cranberry juice. Peach puree with a squeeze of fresh lime shaken with cranberry juice served in a high glass and topped with a splash of lemonade.

Since this is a TT Liquor creation there aren’t any myths and legends that surround this drink. Yet. The original name for the bellini was inspired by a painting by Giuseppe Bellini.

Apparently the drink was named the Bellini because it reminded Giuseppe of the toga of a saint depicted in a painting by Venetian artist Giovanni Bellini.

The Bambini Bellini is part of our specially-tailored range of mocktails. For those hoping to include some non-alcoholic options when planning their mobile bar-hire a drink like this could be a great choice.

Combining peach puree, lime and cranberry with a splash of lemonade or soda, this champagne-style mocktail mirrors the classic Bellini in look and taste. The harmonious mixture of sharp lime, dry cranberry and sweet peach make for a balanced and sophisticated alcohol-free cocktail.

If you want to include the Bambini Bellini as an alcohol-free option on your menu and are looking for some cocktails to pair alongside it, you may want to consider a classic Bellini or a Kir Royale, both these cocktails combine champagne or prosecco with either peach puree or blackcurrant liqueur respectively. Sparkling wine cocktails look great alongside the Bambini Bellini and are perfect for those looking to bring a touch of glamour to their event.

If you’re looking for some cocktails that match the flavours of the Bambini Bellini; peach, cranberry and lime, then something like a Sex on the Beach or a Cosmopolitan could be a great addition to your menu. Both these classic cocktails include some of the flavours of the Bambini. Sex on the Beach is a long fruity cocktail, whilst the Cosmo is a straight-up sour style drink.

If you’re hoping to plan a bar-hire that includes the Bambini Bellini and want to know more about what to serve with it, speak to your event organiser for more options or check out some other mocktails, fruity cocktails, and champagne-style drinks from our list.
