Puma - Mobile Cocktail Bar Hire

 

Mixology Events provided our mobile cocktail bar hire service for sporting legends Puma at their Carnaby Street store in Soho, central London. This was in honour of their ‘fast, present, future’ event.

This was a great event to be a part of where Mixology event organisers worked very closely with the Puma in house PR team to host a great evening, combining cocktails and cutting edge athletic supplies. As well as supplying the mobile cocktail bar hire, we arranged full catering for the event. This consisted of a range of delicious canapés, including a homemade pesto, which stands out in our memories.

Staying in tune with the brand, all of our staff were dressed in Puma to serve the 150 guests present. We supplied press photographers for the event and had the puma branded cocktail bar hosting cocktails based around the fast, future, present theme. This was a really interesting idea and allowed us to tie in our industry’s heritage into the contemporary drinks, which included martini and tiki style cocktails to compliment the aesthetic. The visual appearance of the whole event wouldn’t have looked out of place at an MF Doom gig with the abundance of purple and silver.

We packed away the mobile cocktail bars by 8pm, so to not interfere with their next working day. Timing and logistics planning is imperative when we host our mobile cocktail bar hire service.

As with any event this size, the security was sensibly tight, which we always take into consideration when planning our time schedule. This is particularly the case with any central London location, especially so close to Oxford Street, and a great level of trust was fulfilled on our behalf.
