Mixology Events worked together with distinguished London department store Harrods to deliver a unique collaborative mobile cocktail bar hire experience in their iconic Kensington store.
Harrods approached Mixology Events to provide a mobile cocktail bar hire service to toast the unveiling of their new in-store shoe department. What better way to celebrate the selling of luxury shoes than supplying those who wear them with luxury custom cocktails and champagne?
Mixology worked alongside Harrods to develop a bespoke brand specific event; the aesthetic and the mixed drinks themselves were customised to reflect the heritage of the company. Harrods main store in west London is a highly prestigious setting, and we went to great lengths to ensure that the experience Mixology provided was visually consistent with the location and worthy of the venue. All of our staff wore specially ordered matching black waistcoats and formal attire.
The theme running throughout the event was ‘bronze,’ resulting in a custom-built bronze mobile cocktail bar and a unique cocktail menu. This cocktail bar is one of many in our portfolio and can be rented for private and press events. We also supplied two champagne bars alongside the customised mobile cocktail bar, ensuring the attendees were spoilt for choice. The taste and quality of the cocktails matched the calibre of the venue and we thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the evening.
At the end of the event there was no trace a mobile cocktail bar had been there – let alone such a big launch – a testament to our dedicated clearing staff.
