The Rose Hipster is a floral fizz created especially to incorporate Sacred’s rosehip liqueur. We mix the organic, rosehip flavoured spirit with rhubarb syrup, lemon juice and a dash of rhubarb bitters before topping it all off with a healthy splash of prosecco to make this elegant bellini style cocktail.
Rosehip Liqueur, Rhubarb Syrup, Rhubarb Bitters, Prosecco.
The Rose Hipster is a uniquely flavoured fizz, showcasing a one of a kind product from a brand we love.
Sacred are a London based gin distillery who have worked on some delicious and innovative products, their Rosehip Cup liqueur is designed like an aperitif, combining light floral sweetness with a bitter herbal depth to make a complex and surprising liqueur.
Bellini style cocktails like the Rose Hipster are a perfect way to start off an elegant evening or offer a more exciting alternative to plain prosecco or champagne. You could even design a whole menu designed around fizzes, with a host of great drinks to choose from, from the classic Bellini and the Kir Royale to the modern Twinkle or the luxurious French 75.
If floral flavours are your thing and you want to sample some other herbaceous cocktails there are some great botanical drinks to choose from. You may want to consider an Aviation; a subtle gin sour, flavoured lightly with violet, or the Last Word; a heady mixture of botanical gin, dry maraschino, tart lime and herbal green chartreuse.
The Rose Hipster is built in the glass making it a beautifully simple cocktail and great way to keep a service running smoothly if you’re serving more complex cocktails alongside it.
If you’re considering serving the Rose Hipster at your bar hire and want to know more about what drinks might go well alongside it, be sure to speak to your event organiser about your options or check out some other liqueur based, herbaceous and aperitivo style cocktails from our list.

LEARN TO MAKE
Fancy learning some of the core techniques that go into making the perfect Rose Hipster? Join us on one of our range of cocktail making masterclasses.
We’re strong advocates of experience and it’s crucial role to picking up and applying knowledge. That’s why we deliver each of our range of cocktail making classes in as interactive a fashion as possible – providing a fully-equipped bar station for each of our guests, in turn giving them a great opportunity to really get to grips with the professional-standard equipment and ingredients at hand. On top of this, the fact that there will never be more than 5 guests to any one bar limits the time spent standing around as much as possible, meaning nobody’s experience is compromised.
The open-to-the-public variety of our cocktail making classes run every Friday and Saturday at our sister company and permanent home on Shoreditch’s Kingsland Road, TT Liquor, which houses a range of fully-equipped cocktail making studios.
We also offer the option of taking things private if you’re part of a group of 6 or more aspiring mixologists. Our mobile cocktail class service allows us to take our portable bars on the road with us to any location across London, the UK and beyond. We have over a decade of experience and in that time we’ve held classes half way up the Shard, in a client’s back garden, and even as far afield as the Scottish Highlands.
If any of this sounds right up your street, please don’t hesitate to give us a call on 020 8003 7982 and one of our dedicated events organisers will happily talk you through some your options, as well as answer any queries you may have about our services.
