Vodka, Apricot Liqueur, Lemon Juice, Pink Grapefruit Juice, Soda.
The Perfumed Fizz comes straight from the minds of our ingenious bar-team, a light, low ABV, summer sipper, with a tangy, botanic flavour profile.
Fizzes are a great option for hot summer afternoons, with their relatively low alcohol content and the addition of soda water, they’re thirst-quenching and mellow—perfect for those looking to while away a sunny day. Some other great drinks to feature alongside the Perfumed Fizz, include the Tom Collins, a classic high-ball of gin, lemon and soda and the Paloma, a similar, tequila-based long drink, featuring grapefruit and soda.
The Perfumed Fizz is also a great option to offset a menu populated by stronger classic cocktails. For those featuring short, elegant classics like the Sidecar or the Corpse Reviver No.2, this cocktail is a great low ABV alternative that still exudes the same sophistication and class. And, because its a built drink, it’s quick to serve compared to the more complicated, shaken classics.
If vodka’s your thing and you’re thinking of featuring the Perfumed Fizz as part of a vodka-based selection, there’s a huge range of delicious drinks that can be made with this versatile spirit. From Espresso Martinis to Sex On The Beaches, there’s a vodka cocktail to suit all palates and preferences.
If you’re thinking of serving the Perfumed Fizz at your bar hire and want to know more about what drinks would sit well alongside it, be sure to speak to your event organiser or check out some other vodka-based, summery and high-ball-style cocktails from our list.

LEARN TO MAKE
Fancy learning some of the core techniques that go into making the perfect Perfumed Fizz? Join us on one of our range of cocktail making masterclasses.
We’re strong advocates of experience and it’s crucial role to picking up and applying knowledge. That’s why we deliver each of our range of cocktail making classes in as interactive a fashion as possible – providing a fully-equipped bar station for each of our guests, in turn giving them a great opportunity to really get to grips with the professional-standard equipment and ingredients at hand. On top of this, the fact that there will never be more than 5 guests to any one bar limits the time spent standing around as much as possible, meaning nobody’s experience is compromised.
The open-to-the-public variety of our cocktail making classes run every Friday and Saturday at our sister company and permanent home on Shoreditch’s Kingsland Road, TT Liquor, which houses a range of fully-equipped cocktail making studios. Please click the link below to be directed to their website where you will be able to browse a full calendar of dates and purchase redeemable vouchers.
We also offer the option of taking things private if you’re part of a group of 6 or more aspiring mixologists. Our mobile cocktail class service allows us to take our portable bars on the road with us to any location across London, the UK and beyond. We have over a decade of experience and in that time we’ve held classes half way up the Shard, in a client’s back garden, and even as far afield as the Scottish Highlands.
If any of this sounds right up your street, please don’t hesitate to give us a call on 020 8003 7982 and one of our dedicated events organisers will happily talk you through some your options, as well as answer any queries you may have about our services.
