Bespoke Cocktail Design for POM

Mixology Events were approached by POM Wonderful – drinks purveyors and specialists in all things pomegranate – to create bespoke cocktail designs constructed around their favourite fruit. We can offer bespoke cocktail design for any of our mobile cocktail bar rentals and cocktail related events.
Amongst our creations for POM were: A Purple Lady gin-based cocktail with egg whites, lemon juice and our specially created POM syrup; a Pomegranate Royale, with blueberries, cider, and elderflower cordial, garnished with pomegranate arils and Strawberries and Cream, a cocktail take on the traditional Wimbledon dessert (with added pomegranate, of course.)
After working with POM to design the cocktails, Mixology Events provided two mixologists and a mobile cocktail bar to shoot promotional videos – with instructions on how to make each of the cocktails – at Broadcast Exchange’s London television studio.
