OR USE OUR CONTACT FORMGallery Soho is our cocktail making hub in London’s famous nightlife district, and is a great versatile space in central London for our private cocktail making classes.
The gallery has large windows allowing plenty of natural light into the space, as well as great views out over central London. The space consists of two floors with a private bar area and a neutral ‘blank canvas’ aesthetic, ideal for full customisation of the space and all-inclusive events.
Address – 125 Charing Cross Road, WC2H 0EW London.
Music – Yes, Music available through AUX cable.
Cocktail Bar – Yes – Pre-ordered cocktails available.
The famously bustling streets of Soho feature an eclectic mix of dining, nightlife, and shops, leaving you with absolutely no shortage of things to do and experience before or after your exclusive cocktail experience.
The area also benefits from being one of the most accessible in London if you’re commuting in – with Euston Station, Marble Arch, and Waterloo stations mere minutes away.
Toucan – This pub proclaims to offer the best pint of Guinness in London, a fact we can heartily attest to. Although not the most flashy of surroundings, it does not lack in Irish pub charm. Toucan is perfect for groups of friends looking for a casual pint, even if it isn’t Guinness – there are plenty of options on tap. They have a selection of rare Whiskies to recommend as well. If you need an escape from the sport on the pub’s screen, you can make your way to the basement bar, which is a little more relaxed and quiet.
The Vault at Milroy’s – Probably the oldest whisky bar in Soho, The Vault looks unassuming from the outside. In true speakeasy fashion, you can access The Vault by passing through a bookcase at the back of Milroy’s on Greek Street. Despite the upstairs being whisky-centred, the cocktails cater to all different tastes, and they make all the classics. The surroundings are unpretentious, like the drinks. This is the place for those looking for the perfect dram or a no-frills cocktail – before or after your masterclass with us in the heart of Soho.
Milk and Honey – Milk and Honey is a bonafide institution in Soho, and spans 3 floors offering a variety of lounges and booths for guests. Cocktails are made to a very high standard, and the ambience is one of sophistication and elegance. If you are looking to impress your date or check off a bucket list, a trip to Milk and Honey is worth it. Bear in mind, it is a members club, but they do take bookings from the public until 11pm. Our dedicated event organisers would be happy to sort this for you no problem, provided you give us a little bit of notice beforehand.
Cookhouse Joe (£) – An understated family-run eatery in the heart of Central London, a stone’s throw from Oxford Street and the West End’s Theatre Land. Since opening their doors in 2013 they’ve provided 24 hour marinated rotisserie chicken and Lebanese-inspired dishes to Soho locals and tourists alike in classic unpretentious fashion. Buzzing, compact, and atmospherically candle-lit, their rotisserie chicken is a true must-try, and their Wagyu beef burger is simply inspired. So if you’re looking for a friendly, no-frills environment to take a larger group before or after your masterclass with us in Soho, Cookhouse Joe is up there amongst the best of them.
Blacklock Soho (££) – An atmospheric basement restaurant and bar specialising in seared meat chops, plus cocktails from trolley carts. Now a chain, Blacklock Soho was their very first site, set in the basement of a former brothel, their ethos of great quality meat for great value, £5 cocktails, and wine on tap was born here and – understandably – went on to make them many loyal fans. All of their meat is sourced from the same specialist Cornwall farm, who breed and dry-age native and rare breed animals with the highest commitment to animal welfare, which puts them firmly in line with Blacklock’s ethos of eating better quality meat less often. So, if you’d like to treat yourself to a reasonably-priced steak and some cocktails to warm up with before your class, this is a great place to start.
NOPI (£££) – From the culinary mastermind that is Yottam Ottolenghi, NOPI has some of the Ottolenghi trademarks – platters full of salads greet guests as they arrive, a menu which celebrates bold flavours – but it has a very different feel to the Ottolenghi delis. Things are a little more bright, a little more fast-paced. Their menu changes according to the seasons, but their year-round signature dishes include courgette and manouri fritters, coriander seed-crusted burrata with slices of blood orange and Valdeón cheesecake. A special mention, too, for their Persian love rice, which changed this writer’s outlook on meat-free cuisine. Whether you’re in the market for breakfast or lunch before your class, or a post-masterclass dinner, NOPI’s a banger.

Address – 2A Conway Street, Fitzroy Square, London, W1T 6BA
Meraki Bar – Hidden beneath the Greek Fitzrovia restaurant, you can access the bar from Foley Street, around the corner from the restaurant’s entrance. The interior is filled with plush sofas and velvet cushions on which to lounge while sipping cocktails, and bar food is easily hustled down for you from the upstairs restaurant. There are also private booths where you can enjoy your Mediterranean inspired cocktails in lavish surroundings; perfect for a romantic date or quiet meal before or after your class.
The Remedy Wine Bar – Located a short walk away from our Fitzrovia base, this cosy wine bar plays host to a rotating blackboard of different wines. The owner opens whatever he fancies – or thinks you might fancy – and chalks it up there for everyone to enjoy. They work with small quality-centred producers, and are quick to come up with a decent recommendation if you’re feeling a bit lost. There are some small Italian inspired plates to enjoy alongside your wine, and you can sit outside if the weather permits. It is a great spot for a date or small group of friends.
Genuine Liquorette – Modeled after New York’s eponymous basement bar, these guys are challenging the conventional relationship between customer and bartender. There’s a self-service counter, where cocktails come on tap, or if you prefer you can order from a form, and the friendly staff bring it over. Cocktails are fun and playful, served in cans with unconventional garnishes. Both the tap room upstairs and the cocktail bar downstairs are relaxed settings with interesting décor – checkered floors and shelves packed with unusual spirit bottles and cans, in a New York liquor store – meets Victorian pub fashion. All this makes this the perfect hangout for larger groups to continue their evening after their cocktail class.
Homeslice (£) – Fancy some 20” crispy-based pizza goodness in the heart of London, without spending a small fortune? Homeslice is your go-to. Having upgraded from pop up to permanent Covent Garden home, this second 70-cover restaurant provides a contrast to the Seven Dials site’s stark, bright décor as well as an expanded menu, a basement cocktail bar, takeaway counter and space outside too. Local lagers, craft beers, Prosecco on tap and house wines delivered in measurable magnums (simply pay for what you drink) all feature on the drinks list, making this the perfect location for larger groups looking to continue their evening after their cocktail class.
Salt Yard (££) – Salt Yard is a charcuterie bar and restaurant serving small plates which bring the best of Spain and Italy under one roof. It is currently in the safe hands of Head Chef Michael Carter, whose dishes range from the intricate to the beautifully simple. A short walk from Goodge St and Oxford Circus, Salt Yard is the perfect middle-of-the-road choice for a quick lunch, more lengthy celebratory feast, or simply a lovely glass of cold sherry at the bar before or after your cocktail class with us at our Fitzrovia venue.
Mere (£££) – An elegant and contemporary restaurant nestled in the heart of Fitzrovia, Mere offers a refined yet relaxed dining experience for you to enjoy before or after your class. Headed up by the well-known chef Monica Galetti (who avid fans of Masterchef may be aware of) and her husband, David, the menu is designed to celebrate the passion and heritage of husband and wife team, blending classical French with South Pacific influences. So, if you don’t mind spending a little bit above the average on your bite to eat, or you’re celebrating a special occasion, then it’s definitely worth the 4-minute walk from your cocktail making class to your plate.

PRIVATE CLASSES – Any Size, Any Time, Any Location, Any Day
We have been specialising in delivering top-quality cocktail classes for over a decade, and in that time we have continuously improved and fine-tuned our experience so we can proudly call ourselves the best on the market.
Many bars offer their own versions of cocktail masterclasses, but they are often not fit for purpose. It is cramped, not fully set up to allow all your guests to continually practice their cocktail making skills for the whole duration of the class, and you are often learning in front of a public audience in busier bars. Not Ideal.
WHERE?
We host the majority of our masterclasses at TT Liquor, where we have 4 dedicated masterclass lounges that are fully set up when you arrive – freeing you up to make cocktails continuously for 2 hours without waiting for anyone to set anything up for you.

We do that all before you arrive. The rooms come in a variety of sizes and cater for groups of 6 up to 80.If you have a location in mind we also specialists in bring the complete set up with us. All the bars, with all the equipment, all the liquor, fresh products and ice. You simply let us know where you would like it to be and we set it all up in less than an hour and a half. We then offer the same experience you find at TT Liquor at any location you can think of.
EQUIPMENT & TUITION
Each bar also comes fully stocked, so that everyone on that bar (max 5 guests per bar) can make cocktails throughout their masterclass, with no interruption and no standing around watching. There are 3, 6, 8 and 16 bars set up in the 4 respective cocktail making lounges across our four-floor venue at TT Liquor and we have a total of 42 of these bars so we can perform a masterclass for up to 210 guests, all still receiving the same experience and all still making cocktails together!
We also provide you with your own professional bartender, who will be your dedicated host for the session. After putting together a reception cocktail for you and your guests, they will then guide you through 4 different cocktails, letting all your guests in on the various tricks of the trade to make your drinks taste better than ever. The perfect skills for your guests to take away with them to show off to their friends at their next garden party or barbecue.
Our expert bartenders are at the very top of their profession and are rigorously trained to deliver the best cocktail making experience possible for groups of up to 80. Their job is to be entertaining and engaging with all your guests, while simultaneously offering unparalleled insights on how to make your cocktails taste amazing. You may not get it right the first time around, but they will work attentively with each member of your group to hone their skills.
COMPETITION
To end the session with a bang, each bar will be set loose to create their own cocktail, testing out their new skills and competing head-to-head with the other bar teams. Your expert host will then have a taste of each creation and crown the winner. There is nothing quite like a bit of healthy competition and 5 cocktails each to bring a group together!
WHO?
Our cocktail making classes have been enjoyed by budding mixologists from 18 years of age to 88, for a wide variety of occasions. Everything we do is geared towards making it an event to remember for you and your group.
WHEN?
We are lucky enough to be able to perform these classes 7 days a week and at any time of the day you wish. Due to this flexibility, we teach over 20,000 guests all the skills they’ll need to get mixing every year.

Great evening! Our host, Eve, was fabulous - funny, engaging and educational! We all had a great time and the cocktails themselves were delicious. Nothing boring, and loads of ingredients to play with! Thank you!

We had a fantastic night making cocktails under the expert guidance of Lou'Ana. She took us through a really good variety of different drinks and how to blend, shake, pour and garnish. There was plenty of time to chat amongst ourselves and our host struck a great balance of allowing us to talk, making sure we got smashed and providing some top banter alongside. The non-alcoholic cocktails (as a couple we opted for a mix of the two rather than going completely alcoholic!) were just as tasty as the alcoholic ones too and the whole thing was well presented and delivered. Thanks Lou'Ana and Mixology!
