“Probably the best cocktail class I’ve taken in the City. All other classes have involved a lot of watching and listening, whereas this class involved a lot more *doing* which, of course, equals a lot more *drinking* ;-)”
Indeed, all of our masterclasses focus on 100% involvement which, of course, means each of our guests get plenty of opportunity to get hands-on – utilising our professional-standard equipment to make and then ‘taste’ their creations – of which there are 4 as standard.

“We were served cocktails on arrival and then allocated, in teams, to benches. Johan went through four different cocktails, which we then followed at our own pace. It was great to make something different from the usual drinks you see on class lists, and spend more hands on time making the cocktails yourself rather than watching others.
It’s also good for those of us that are shy and don’t want to spend time at the front with a class full of people watching but also good for interaction, as you’re paired with others on your work bench. I’d highly recommend, and will definitely come back for more!” – Victoria Hale
