Surprises are hard things to pull off, and you may think that this is especially the case if you’re trying to surprise one of your nearest and dearest with an impromptu cocktail making class, replete with workstations and vast quantities of equipment.

We had a fabulous Mixologist Shaun who as well as teaching us how to make a selection of different cocktails, taught us a little about the history of cocktails too.”
