We will also post a physical voucher to your address, if you want it sooner and are London based you’re welcome to come to our flagship venue, TT Liquor and collect it from the store, just let us know you’re coming so we can have it ready for you.

Voucher FAQs
As soon as we receive a voucher order they’re sent out via first class post. Depending on how busy Royal Mail is, you’ll usually receive your physical vouchers in 2-3 working days. If you’ve made your order on the weekend we will aim to send it out the following Monday. Christmas and bank holidays may affect this. If you need it sooner, you can come to TT to collect it or Download a printable version here.
Kindly note that all bookings and voucher redemptions are processed through our sister website, Masterclass Events. When you find a session you'd like to book, simply click on it to complete your booking or redeem your voucher. If you encounter any issues during the process, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us – we're here to help!
No, if you don’t have access to a printer don’t worry, we just make these available in case you can’t wait for it to arrive in the post and want to give it to someone in person.
They last 12 months exactly from the purchase date. If something comes up and you give us a call within that time frame we will try our best to be pretty flexible when it comes to extending them, if you’re nice ;).
Cocktail Class Voucher Information
Our public cocktail making classes are scheduled on a number of days each week, for full details and availability please see our calendar. Once you are ready to redeem your voucher and make a booking you can do so via our booking page here.
All you need is your reference number (order number) on your voucher and to pick the day best suited to you.
