Batman Exhibition - Portable Cocktail Bar

Mixology Events had the privilege of providing our portable cocktail bar service at Kachete in Shoreditch, London to celebrate the release of the highly anticipated ‘Batman – Arkham Knight’ video game.
Kachete is a great venue consisting of 2 Victorian archways that once hosted the Shoreditch station ticket office. The venue was a blank canvas that we were able to customise to host our custom cocktail bars in a completely Batman themed environment.
This event was amazing, with exciting visuals throughout – from the cape & cowl models spread across the venue to Batman and Catwoman themselves, who seemingly came to celebrate their video game success.
There was a medley of other celebrities on the guest list and each one was encouraged to design their own cape. Seeing the range from Jonathon Ross’ superhero accessory to Kidulthood’s Noel Clarke’s design was a true spectacle!
The guests were welcomed with a champagne bar reception followed by long cocktails from our portable cocktail bar. A champagne reception is a great way to set the tone in larger venues and Mixology can help clients source exactly what they want with competitive pricing.
The custom cocktail bars looked the part, styled to resemble the Batmobile, and Warner Brothers supplied a tote bag consisting of a Batman USB stick, a Batman bottle opener, Batman stickers and a Batman t-shirt for everyone to own.
We received great feedback from the guests who really appreciated the variety of the menu. Although we provided a good selection of drinks, we managed keep the menu concise enough to allow our bartenders to quickly provide fresh cocktails to anyone waiting. We also served beer and wine – which we can do for any event.
