ITV - Cocktail Making Class and Mobile Bar Hire

Mixology Events worked with renowned broadcasting company ITV to deliver a cocktail making class, followed by our mobile cocktail bar hire at their main office on the Southbank of the Thames, in London.
We started the event by hosting a cocktail making class for the ITV staff, to which the results were later incorporated into the cocktail menu for the evening. This was really fun, and very satisfying for the staff to learn how to create the drinks that would be served throughout the evening.
Following the cocktail making workshop, there was an open bar service for ITV employees and select guests. Due to us providing our cocktail services at ITV’s main environment of work, we de-rigged the bars without a trace so their next working day wasn’t effected.
The event was a surprise for the staff, and by sneakily using the layout of the building and the service lifts we were able to set up the entire event without alerting any of the staff to our presence.
